Yes we let people and children touch the animals, if they wish to do so. A fully interactive and hands on experience is to be able to touch or hold an animal and ask questions about the animal. Most people think that snakes are slimy, which is not the case as their scales are dry to the touch and made from Keratin which is the same substance as our fingernails. We don't select individuals from a group to touch or hold the animals, as we feel that everyone should be able to have the same opportunity to have a hands on experience if they choose to do so.
